Fertility treatment is a complex journey, both mentally and physically. It can seem like your life is on hold and make planning for the future difficult. It can also put a strain on your relationships, not only your romantic partnership but also family relationships and friendships.
Fertility counselling can help you to cope at various stages of the process. A first attempt at IVF can be frightening and uncertain. And a more complex treatment, perhaps using donated sperm, eggs or embryos, can have lasting implications which you may want to talk through with a Fertility Counsellor.
I aim to provide lots of expert knowledge and essential kindness and support at what can be a very challenging time.
I also offer perinatal and postnatal counselling.
